About the Role

We are looking for a highly reliable and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Chairman. This role requires a professional working attitude, who can seamlessly manage business and personal matters, coordinate with global stakeholders, and travel internationally at short notice.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide full spectrum administrative and personal support to the Chairman, including calendar management, travel planning, and daily coordination.
  • Accompany the Chairman on overseas business trips and personal travel, ensuring smooth logistics, accommodation, and schedule management.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Draft, translate, and review correspondence, documents, and presentations in both English and Chinese.
  • Organize and support meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with absolute discretion and professionalism.

Lifestyle & Family Support
  • Manage lifestyle-related arrangements such as dining, events, entertainment, and leisure activities.
  • Oversee family-related logistics including schooling, healthcare, household staff coordination, and travel planning.
  • Assist with property management, luxury services, and special projects as required.
  • Support in organizing private functions, hosting VIP guests, and handling personal errands.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma preferred; strong language, business, or hospitality background an advantage.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to C-level executives, entrepreneurs, or in a family office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with cultural sensitivity.
  • Flexible and willing to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and mobile productivity tools.
