Job Description
Qualifications:
- Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Ensure all processes comply with GMP safety regulations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff and supervisors.
- Monitor production KPIs such as output, efficiency, waste reduction, and downtime.
- Manage production scheduling, inventory control, and coordination with supply chain/logistics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records.
- Collaborate with QA/QC and warehouse departments.
- Ensure equipment and facility maintenance schedules are followed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or food supplements.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and other relevant regulations.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- Computer proficiency (e.g. MS Office).
- The Factory Production Manager oversees the daily operations of the production facility to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing of health supplements (e.g., capsules, tablets, powders, liquids).
