Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the industrial power generation sector.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, end customers, and decision-makers.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage your opportunity pipeline from lead to closure using the company CRM.
- Channel Management: Work with and support distribution partners to close deals and secure projects.
- Strategic Sales: Develop sales forecasts, market strategies, and pricing/quotations for the SEA region.
- Technical Expertise: Be the expert on power generation products, system design, and industry standards.
- Market Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to support senior management decisions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of Sales experience in the Power generation industry.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, Key Account Management, and Channel sales.
- Willing to Travel up to 50%.
