We are partnering with a Government Agency in Singapore to hire Associate Psychologist. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to enhancing their professional leadership development and resiliency-building initiatives through research, while also supporting the department's competency-building activities.

This is a 1-year agency contract position.

Under the supervision of experienced clinical psychologists in this field, the Associate Psychologist will play a vital role in supporting the projects by:

• Research & Literature Review - Conduct literature reviews on leadership development, workplace resilience, and crisis management; present findings to management to support evidence-based recommendations and best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Plan, coordinate, and manage engagement activities (e.g., surveys, focus groups, events) with professionals and professional bodies, consolidating feedback to develop recommendations.
• Crisis & Resilience Support - Assist with staff nominations for CARE training, deployment of CARE-trained officers, and initiatives to strengthen organisational resilience.
• Capability Building - Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes, liaise with vendors, develop training resources and communication materials, and explore creative delivery methods and behavioural nudges to embed learning.
• Administration & Coordination - Document meeting minutes and processes, organise events, and perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or Sociology with at least Second Upper Class or Distinction (Honours).
• Prior work experience in the social services or related sector
• Entry Level applicants with research experience are preferred.
• Only Singaporeans.
