Responsibilities

• Assess and fulfill volunteer needs through recruitment, coordination, training, and retention
• Implement and monitor compliance with volunteer policies and processes
• Plan, develop, and implement senior volunteerism initiatives
• Support volunteer leadership programmes
• Organise volunteer recognition and engagement activities
• Drive recruitment and outreach initiatives, including events and campaigns to promote volunteerism
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate volunteer efforts
• Review and evaluate volunteer management policies and initiatives for improvement
• Build and maintain partnerships with grassroots organisations, corporates, schools, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver community engagement projects
• Develop and manage communication strategies to support community engagement initiatives
• Support fundraising and donor engagement activities
• Maintain and update stakeholder and volunteer databases
• Track and monitor budgets, expenses, and funding for projects
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and prepare reports

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Levels and above.
• Preferably with Advanced / Higher / Certificate in Community & Social Services
