Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Manage and optimise Google SEM and Facebook Ads for lead generation and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen campaign performance.
• Create engaging content and promotional materials aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Track, analyse, and report campaign results, providing insights for improvement.
• Manage marketing budgets and support promotional events and partnerships.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Marketing related field.
• Min. 5 years of marketing experience in the aesthetics, beauty, hair care, or trichology industry.
• Strong expertise in Google SEM and Facebook Ads campaign management.
• Solid knowledge of digital marketing trends, analytics, and tools.
• Fluent in Mandarin & English to work on Chinese marketing platforms.
