Sales Operation Coordinator

We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our new business unit. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about personal growth through building a career in the finance industry. We are seeking a sales coordinator, either as an executive or manager (for experienced candidates), or a management trainee for fresh graduates.
As a Sales Operation Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the sales team-streamlining processes, managing client communications, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. Your work directly supports business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth
Continuous on-the-job training is in place to support you! You will be working with leaders and senior team members to understand client needs, provide support, and contribute to overall client satisfaction and business growth. Comprehensive and professional training will be provided
Key Responsibilities
• Support sales operations by managing client onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks
• Coordinate with advisors to track leads, follow up on proposals, and schedule client meetings
• Prepare financial product presentations, proposals, and sales kits tailored to client profiles
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate client data, sales activities, and pipeline updates
• Liaise with compliance and legal teams to ensure all sales activities meet regulatory standards
• Generate sales reports and performance dashboards for management review
Job Requirements
• Qualifications: Applicants must have completed an "A" Level, a Local diploma, or a Bachelor's in business administration or Sales
• Strong understanding of financial products (e.g., loans, insurance, investment portfolios but not mandatory
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with a knack for process optimization
• Prior experience in finance, banking, or insurance is preferred but not mandatory
