The Technical Lead Software Engineer can consistently and independently produce high quality work to solve complex requirements or problems. He/she has shown capacity to lead people as well as teams or shown competency in picking up new technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The Technical Lead will work closely with business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. They also ensure that the solutions they configure and customise are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Able to architect solutions at various levels (infrastructure, logical & code levels).
The ideal candidate possesses skills that will allow him/her to deliver the quality software which represents Ufinity's brand within the client's environment as well as a technical background that enables him/her to easily pickup and adapt to new technologies and contribute to the team.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform implementation, with at least 3 years in a Technical Architect or equivalent leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions across various clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, integration specialists, and external vendors.
- Experience driving architecture decisions, reviewing technical design documents, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce and enterprise development standards.
- Experience in Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies
- Expert-level understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including multi-organizational strategy, metadata management, data modeling, and object relationships.
- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming).
- Deep expertise in designing integration patterns and middleware solutions
- Strong understanding of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD practices, version control (Git), and deployment automation tools
- Capable of reviewing and optimizing Flow, integration procedures, custom code, triggers, and batch processes for maintainability and performance.
Required Certifications (or equivalent):
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant
