We are looking for Telemarketers to cold-call and set appointments for our Business Consultants.

• Salary package includes Basic + Incentive + Commission, adds up to about $3000, will be discussed during the interview
• Incentive: for each successful appointment set or valid lead (prospective client)
• Commission: for each deal closed successfully by Consultants
• No cap to incentive and commission pay-out

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to set appointments with clients
• Effective cold-calling without hard-selling
• Handle client's enquiries and rejections with confidence
• Support Consultants in capturing client's needs and information

Requirements:

• Able to converse in English or Mandarin effectively with SME clients
• Quick-thinking and achievement-oriented
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) knowledge
• Relevant experience in Telemarketing position preferred
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skill
