Job Purpose:

To support the Director in managing HDB renovation and carpentry sales, assist in site coordination, materials proposal, and be a right-hand assistant in both sales and project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Handle HDB renovation and carpentry sales inquiries
• Prepare and present basic quotations and proposals to clients
• Assist in site supervision, coordination, and follow-up on daily site activities
• Support material selection and preparation of sample boards for client presentation
• Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal carpentry workshop
• Maintain communication between clients and internal team throughout the project
• Understand AutoCAD plans
• Support the Director in administrative, coordination, and planning tasks

Requirement:

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field
• Experience in HDB renovation and carpentry works preferred
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Willing to travel for site meetings and coordination work
