St Joseph's Home, a Person-centred residential healthcare facility located in Jurong West, has been redefining the way we take care of our elderly, and would like to invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of:

Programme Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management
  • Generate, prepare and organize residents' data and statistical reports to analyze trends to aid decision-making.
  • Track and compile attendance records for all residents-related events and sessions.
  • Support team members and departments with data entry, maintenance, and analysis tasks.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and accreditation standards, and ensure accuracy and consistency of all data
  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for relevant records.

Programmes & Administrative Support
  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments; send reminders and resolve conflicts.
  • Coordinate resident sessions and appointments, ensuring no double bookings.
  • Conduct checks on expiring subsidies and financial assistance schemes, including performing weekly reviews of subsidy validity and accuracy using National Means-Testing results.
  • Organize meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items, and arrange logistics. Also include providing logistical support for meetings and events (e.g., setup, catering, dietary needs, refreshments).
  • Compile feedback from residents and families; distribute educational materials.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in a relevant field or equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar job scope (prior experience in the Community Care sector will be an advantage)

- Proficient in MS Office programs with strong skillsets in Excel.

- When required, available to work in the evenings and weekends

- Ability to converse in Mandarin or dialect (to communicate with our residents)

Key Assets and Abilities:

- A good team player with the ability to work well with minimum supervision

- Excellent writing skills

- Fluent in spoken English, ability to converse in Mandarin/dialect would be an advantage

- A friendly, warm and engaging personality

- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
