Programme Executive
Key Responsibilities
Programme Implementation & Support:
• Assist the Project Lead in the implementation of the Holistic Wellness Programmes (HWP) across St Joseph's Home, St Theresa's Home, and Villa Francis Home.
• Support the design and delivery of activities that promote residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Coordinate with internal departments and partners to ensure programmes are executed smoothly and in alignment with established objectives and timelines.
Coordination & Scheduling:
• Coordinate and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly programme activities in collaboration with nursing, therapy, recreational, and support teams.
• Ensure that activities are well-organised, adequately resourced, and accessible to residents with varying needs and abilities.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for events, workshops, and special initiatives under the HWP.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team including nurses, therapists, social workers, pastoral care staff, and community partnership staff to ensure residents' holistic needs are addressed.
• Facilitate communication between departments and assist in resolving operational issues to ensure seamless programme delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of programme schedules, attendance, resident participation, and feedback.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, collating data, and documenting outcomes to support evaluation and management review.
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Programme Evaluation & Improvement
• Gather feedback from residents, families, and staff to support programme evaluation and improvement efforts.
• Assist in identifying challenges and proposing solutions to enhance programme quality and effectiveness.
• Support compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Resident Engagement & Advocacy:
• Engage with residents to encourage participation and foster a sense of inclusion and purpose.
• Support the creation of a positive and nurturing environment that respects residents' dignity, preferences, and individuality.
General:
• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Key Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, community engagement, or service delivery-preferably within healthcare, community care, or eldercare settings.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules, logistics, and programme operations efficiently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents, families, volunteers, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Basic understanding of programme evaluation and an interest in data tracking and reporting for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and accountability.
• Genuine interest and empathy for the elderly, with a commitment to enhancing their well-being and quality of life.
Key Assets and Abilities:
- A good team player with the ability to work well with minimum supervision
- Excellent writing skills
- Fluent in spoken English, ability to converse in Mandarin/dialect would be an advantage
- A friendly, warm and engaging personality
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
