Key Duties:

• Provide professional consultation and advise customers on the possible treatments and solutions.
• Provide hands-on hair & scalp treatment Perform General duties including answering phone calls, handle point of sales system when needed.
• Provide after treatment follow up with customers

Key Requirements:

• Prior sales experience (preferably in beauty, wellness, or hair care industry) with Spa/Salon setting experience.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (based on rotating schedule)
