My client is an established M&E Consultant firm.

Job Description

• Conduct project briefing and kick start meeting
• Attend weekly meeting with clients, Architects, C&S consultants, QS.
• Delicate and manage ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary Design works to internal engineers and drafters.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
• Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary programme and budget

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mech or Electrical Engineering
• Comes with at least 3 years of working experience in built environment
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
• Proven ability to lead and work under pressure
• Candidates with greater experience will be considered for senior role
