Job Description:
- Engage and improve relationships with existing and prospective customers through building long term, sustainable relationships with open and interactive communication.
- Hunt and initiate reach out to customers (both existing and new) to bring in new volumes and revenues for Veolia.
- Build a pipeline of new customers and projects for sustainable growth of revenue.
- Be the link between the customers and Veolia, involved in all aspects of customer management and customer service.
- EHS is the core of our activities in Toxic Industrial Waste treatment. Candidate will coordinate all aspects of our activities at the customer site and is personally responsible for ensuring we provide quality service safely to our customers.
- Ensure timely update / collation / maintenance of information / enquiries / tenders of customers in Salesforce, coordinate and profile waste/ SDS, etc. to ensure proper records are kept for reference.
- Coordinate internally within Veolia to finalise solutions (cost, treatment routes and for special waste that requires special handling) for the customer's most difficult waste problems.
- Prepare quotations / proposals to customers showcasing Veolia's capabilities in Toxic Industrial Waste treatment in Singapore.
- Be the customer's point of contact for all matters (commercial and technical) with support from the technical team if necessary.
- Consolidate market information on the toxic industrial waste market in Singapore.
- Market research of new opportunities, new plants, new potential customers.
- Obtain information on key markets for Veolia and the competition.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field.
- Diploma holder with at least 5 years' / degree holder with minimally 2 years' B2B service sales experience or experience in a chemical related field of work (waste industry experience not mandatory).
- Possesses a hunter spirit.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and have high situational awareness.
- Proficiency in creating engaging presentations.
- Genuine interest in environmental sustainability.
Notes:
- Candidates without prior waste industry experience are welcome to apply as comprehensive technical training will be provided.
- Successful candidates will be working in the main office located at 15 Tuas View Circuit Singapore 636968.
- Incumbents must be willing to work in Tuas South vicinity.
- Company transport is provided at Boon Lay MRT and Choa Chu Kang MRT.
