Our client develop research and insights from the edges of onchain innovation to drive investment thesis and inform CB product strategy, prosecute multiple investment strategies and support our portfolio of over 500 projects around the world.

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or partnerships roles, ideally in fintech, payments, consumer tech, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of the financial infrastructure landscape in Singapore and Australia, with a demonstrated ability to navigate both legacy and next-gen players.
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes deals end-to-end-sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and closing-while collaborating across functions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action: you're energized by ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Highly structured communicator and strategic thinker, able to synthesize complexity and influence executive stakeholders internally and externally.
• Deep empathy for the end user and a knack for identifying product-market fit in diverse markets with different consumer behaviors.
