Job Description
We are inviting applications for the position of Laboratory Executive to join our laboratory team.
In this role, you will apply immunologic methods developed in our laboratory for patients diagnosed with haematologic malignancies to
(a) precisely classify the cancer cells at diagnosis or recurrence of the disease.
(b) monitor the response to treatment throughout therapy
(c) to monitor and characterise genetically engineered cells infused into patients enrolled on cell therapy protocols
Key responsibilities:
(a) processing of clinical research samples and collection of data from local and overseas institutions.
(b) participating in all aspects of laboratory quality control (internal and external)
(c) documenting of work processes and maintenance of databases
(d) performing daily and monthly maintenance of critical laboratory equipment.

Qualifications
- BSc degree in Biological Sciences or related subject from an accredited university
- Experience in a clinical or clinical research laboratory related to haematology or immunology is preferred
- Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Excellent ability to understand instructions and technical processes
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
