Working location: Changi Airport

44 hours per week (Must be able to work retail hours)

Salary: $2,800 - $3,500

We are looking for experienced and passionate Senior Sales Advisors to join well-known international luxury retail brands. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations
• Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
• Ensure the shop floor is always maintained to a high standard
• Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients
• Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
• Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports
• Processing of credit card & cash payments
• Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system
• Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing
• Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
