Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Order Packer to join our fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for deliveries and pick up in a timely manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack items for online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify order accuracy before packing and delivery.
• Ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Label and prepare orders for shipping
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Meet or exceed daily packing quotas and performance standards.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding order issues or inventory discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move cartons
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or order management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Working Days:

• Friday to Wednesday Half Day
