Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Clinic Assistant to support daily operations. This role includes administrative, clinical and patient-facing duties to ensure smooth and efficient healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage calls and enquiries.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and update records.
• Verify insurance/Medisave/CHAS claims and process billing.
• Maintain a tidy reception area.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms.
• Maintain and update patient records in the clinic system.
• Monitor and restock medical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including exposure to blood.
• Reliable, responsible, and motivated to contribute to the clinic long-term.
• Prior experience in healthcare or GP clinic operations is an advantage.
• Residing in the West region is preferred for convenience.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Monday: 9.00am - 1.45pm, 2.30pm - 5.00pm, 6.30pm - 10.00pm
• Tuesday: 11.30am - 1.45pm, 2.30pm - 5.00pm, 6.30pm - 10.00pm
• Wednesday to Friday: 9.00am - 1.45pm, 2.30pm - 5.00pm
• Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
• Full-time, 5.5 days per week

Salary: $2,000/month

Availability: Candidates who are able to start promptly are preferred
