Responsibilities:

  • Lead business growth for assigned Southeast Asia accounts by aligning customer needs with product and service offerings.
  • Understand customer business and technology roadmaps, driving internal teams to enhance product quality, competitiveness, and technical advantage.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales objectives in line with corporate and regional goals, supported by regular reporting on financials, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on opportunities, challenges, and progress toward market share growth.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and strategic plans to ensure business visibility.
  • Drive pricing strategies, manage contracts, and negotiate effectively to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Utilize customer insights and market intelligence for precise forecasting and sound business planning.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver seamless pre- and post-sales service, leveraging technical experts for customer support.
  • Build and sustain strong senior-level customer relationships to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of key stakeholders (economic, technical, and coaching influences) to strengthen engagement and revenue outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering / Business
  • Sales experience in Semiconductor industry will be preferred
  • Possess Class 3 driving license and own a car
