Empire Works is a growing renovation and interior design company with 8 years of industry experience. We pride ourselves on delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin / Showroom Assistant to join our team and support daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation, scheduling)

• Assist in answering phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries

• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom and office

• Manage office supplies and ensure stock is replenished when necessary

• Support the sales/design team with preparation of documents, quotations, and project files

• Run ad-hoc errands or duties assigned by management

• Assist in basic bookkeeping support (if required)

Requirements

• No minimum education

• Prior admin or customer service experience preferred (but not mandatory)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willing to learn

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
