Job Description:
- Understand regional needs for MRO business development, focusing on geographical area coverage, Specific Industry coverage and competition account penetration
- Identify suitable channel partner and complete legal and commercial vetting process. Sign channel partnership agreement
- Identify the needs for essential sales tools, online portal etc. and make necessary arrangements to ensure it is made available in timely manner & helpful for users
- Enhance channel partner knowledge by organizing training from product managers
- Develop Channel business strategy (Long term & Short term) in alignment with Senior management and implement to achieve sustainable growth for channel business
- Drive channel business by monitoring channel partner performance on monthly basis & share progress reports
- Maintain confidentiality of the Information received, either in writing or verbally, whether technical, business, legal, organizational, personal or any other information that could result in damage to Yokogawa in case of disclosure to unauthorized persons, regardless of whether the information is classified as confidential or not
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Instrumentation/Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration
- Channel business management experience
- Manager/ Senior Manager role
- Regional business understanding and knowledge
- All necessary training and support would be provided in completing the work
