Rise Bakehouse is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Baker to join our growing team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is eager to develop their baking skills in a professional environment. You'll work alongside experienced bakers, assisting in daily production while learning the craft of artisanal baking from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, mixing, and baking of cake base, and other baked goods.
• Weigh and measure ingredients accurately following recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including equipment and workspaces.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Help with packaging, labeling, and inventory rotation as needed.
• Participate in early morning shifts
• Be open to learning, feedback, and training from senior staff.
