Its vision is to bridge the gap between centralized exchanges and decentralized finance (CeFi and DeFi), helping more people participate in the digital economy.

What client is looking for

• Qualified lawyer with 3-5 years financial regulatory experience. Senior candidates may be considered for Senior Counsel.
• Experience from a reputable global law firm (common law jurisdicƟon) and reputable in-house organisation is a must.
• Located in APAC time-zone with Hong Kong and Singapore being preferred jurisdictions. Experience and knowledge of financial products (including spot trading, copy trading, margins, derivaƟves and options) and commercial transaction.
• Track-record of working on licensing and regulatory maƩers for traditional financial institution and cryptocurrency organisaƟons is highly preferred including Interactions with the likes of the FCA, VARA, AMF, MAS, HK SFC and others.
• Knowledge of the latest policy and rules from standard-seƫng bodies such as IOSCO, European Union, and central banks.
• Regulatory experience including regulatory Investigations, requests for information, sanctions work, AML compliance and corporate governance work is highly valued.
• Has the ability to work independently and make tough decision
