Key Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Law.
- Minimum 10 years in Construction Contract Management.
- Expert knowledge of PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contracts, and SOP Act.
Core Responsibilities:
- Draft, Review, and Negotiate contract terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Manage all Contractual claims, including EOT, variations, and loss & expense.
- Provide Contractual advice and ensure company compliance with obligations.
- Identify Contractual risks and develop Mitigation Strategies.
- Resolve Disputes amicably with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage all Contract Documentation and Dispute letters.
