Site Manager

(Construction | Architectural Finishing | Islandwide)

Location: Islandwide Projects | Office: Ang Mo Kio
Hours: Mon-Sat, 8am-5pm | Salary: S$ 3,500 - 4,500

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Building Construction and Site Coordination strong knowledge of Architectural Finishing works.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure they are on Schedule.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Sub-contractors, and consultants.
• Monitor Work progress and attend Project Meetings.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Prepare monthly Site progress reports.
