Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business development by identifying new markets, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding customer base.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's business objectives and growth targets.
• Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales approaches.
• Keep abreast of emerging products, technologies, and industry innovations.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with major clients and strategic accounts.
• Offer technical guidance during client engagements to support solution-oriented selling.
• Develop and manage diverse sales channels, including digital marketing initiatives and live-stream promotions.
• Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline
• At least 5 years' proven sales experience
• Solid understanding of electrical and illumination technologies, along with associated control systems and applications
• Results-driven, strategic thinker, and relationship builder.
