Job Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
• Utilize and manage various job portals to meet hiring needs
• Work closely on hiring requirements, ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation
• Responsible for payroll, CPF submissions, income tax, leave, and claims administration
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
• Work closely with HODs on Compensation and Benefits, esp Appraisal System
• Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all records are up-to-date
• Manage and develop company budget
