Job Summary
We welcome both fresh graduates and mature workers to join our Accounts/Finance team! This role involves handling creditor invoices, matching documents, preparing payment batches, and creating bank transfer transactions. Fresh graduates will gain valuable hands-on experience and guidance to grow their career, while mature workers can bring their reliability and experience to ensure smooth payment processes. If you're detail-oriented, organised, and eager to contribute, we'd love to have you on our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry of creditor invoices into the accounting system.
• Match supporting documents (e.g., purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and batch creditor payments in a timely manner.
• Create and process bank transfer transactions for supplier payments.
• Other tasks as and when may be required

Requirements:

• Certificate in LCCI or any business discipline
• Fresh graduates & mature workers are welcome
• PC Literate
• Good attitude, proactive, and agile learner
• Independent, meticulous, and a strong team player
