Job Scope:

• Provide operational and IT systems support for Allied Health departments.
• Work closely with department leads to monitor, maintain, and update IT systems.
• Plan, implement, upgrade, and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Act as Credential Trainer for EPIC modules; train new users and handle change requests.
• Oversee integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Upgrade systems and automate workflows where possible.
• Manage servers, workstations, printers, and related IT infrastructure.
• Handle procurement, vendor management, and IT contract administration.
• Conduct regular IT audits and maintain SOPs in line with MOH and cluster directives.
• Support planning and execution of IT initiatives for the new IGH campus.
• Contribute to strategic development of cloud-based solutions for long-term cost-effectiveness.
• Provide AI-driven solutions to streamline operations.
• Track KPIs and support informatics-related projects and cross-institutional system harmonisation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or healthcare-related studies with 5 years of experience or relevant qualifications in healthcare informatics systems.
• Prior experience with EPIC systems will be highly advantageous
• Solid knowledge of cloud computing concepts, DICOM, HL7 standards, LAN/WAN & internet connectivity
• Knowledge of budgeting and procurement processes
