Responsibilities

• Oversee all contractual and commercial matters for assigned projects.
• Lead and guide a team of Quantity Surveyors in tender preparation, procurement, and contract administration.
• Review contracts, ensure compliance with terms, and handle claims/variations.
• Provide advice to management on cost and contractual risks.
• Establish strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement practices.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
