Job Description:
  • Manage regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates.
  • Manage onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries.
  • Coordinate staff confirmation assessment exercises.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to payroll, leave, employees' insurance and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices.
  • Lead the Annual Salary Review process, including benchmarking, salary adjustments, and communications
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures across the region to ensure they meet organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.
  • Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies.
  • Hands-on with payroll systems Software and ensure payrolls of all local employees are finalized timely and accurately.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, and tax-filing for all local employees.
  • Manage application and renewal of work passes including tax clearances.
  • Maintain proper filing of employees' documents and mobile devices/equipment issued by the Company.
  • Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation.
  • Manage and coordinate ISO audit.
  • Handle all the IT-related issues in the organization.
  • Oversee BizSafe audit and certification, Employment Agency License renewal, office lease renewal, etc.
  • Other HR/Administration duties.


Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.

• Positive attitude, meticulous, responsible and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously,

• Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail
