Sales & Service Associate (Mass Hiring)

Basic: Up to $3,000 + Sales Incentives

Working Days: 5-day week, 44 hours - rotating shifts

Locations: Jewel Changi, Marina Bay Sands

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
• Confidently share product knowledge and brand values
• Drive sales and support store goals
• Handle cashiering and daily sales reporting
• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive visual displays
• Support inventory and daily store operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude, energetic, team player with strong communication and customer service skills
• Leadership experience (for Senior role)
