• Position : Finance Manager (Must Be from Marine Industry/CPA/ACCA) -ALL WELCOME
• Location : Beach Road (Nearest MRT -11 minute walk- Nicoll Highway MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.00am - 6.00
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $7000 + Performance Bonus + 16 days Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Marine & Offshore Shipyard

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and accounting standards (e.g. IFRS/GAAP).
• Prepare and submit accounts schedule and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Oversee the full financial cycle including AR/AP and all accounting processes.
• Handle bank entries / bank reconciliation / GL entries / payments / financial schedules etc
• GST Submission and claims
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and implement hedging strategies if required.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare variance analysis reports.
• Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial data.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections.
• Setting KPI's and making sure timely delivery for all tasks for the accounting team.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Partner with other departments to evaluate to improve company processes and policies and cost-saving activities
• Assist with other ad-hoc financial tasks and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field: CPA or ACCA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency in ERP accounting software, SAP experience will be given preference
