Residential Solar Sales Engineer

Ready to start your career in renewable energy? We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Residential Solar Sales Engineer to join our team.

This role is perfect for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about sustainability and eager to learn the solar sales industry from the ground up. You'll gain hands-on experience by working directly with our Sales Manager, preparing proposals and engineering drawings, and participating in structured training and shadowing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers
• Conduct technical presentations to customers and prospects
• Develop sales proposals and negotiate contracts
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Understanding of the requirement of the client/customer, Site Visits, Site feasibility & Solar Systems Design and complete execution. Able to check site feasibility and provide the best suitable option for enhancing suitability.
• Designing and preparing shop drawings for solar PV system including layouts, Single line diagram (SLD), calculation of sizing and BOQ of material etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Strong desire and motivation to excel and proactively explore avenues for growth
