The incumbent will work together with other members of the Audio-Visual team in the planning, coordinating, organisation, implementation, and evaluation of the Worship & Music - Audio Visual ("AV") programmes, activities and workstreams, in alignment with BRMC's vision and mission.
This role will require the individual to work a 5.5-day week; including weekends and occasionally work on evenings and public holidays. Appropriate rest day and time-off-in-lieu will be granted.

QUALIFICATIONS:
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS:
At least 2 years of relevant experience and personal involvement in the areas of worship & music and/or AV production.
This role will require the individual to work a 5.5-day week; including weekends and occasionally work on evenings and public holidays. Appropriate rest day and time-off-in-lieu will be granted.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front-end AV Operations
- Work with end-users to identify technical needs and relevant hardware/software, resource allocation and team scheduling required
- Provide AV & networking technical operations support for worship services and events (including rehearsals, sound checks, tech runs, workflow & technical troubleshooting etc)
- Set-up and tear-down of equipment before and after the respective worship services
- Manage AV inventory - procurement, assembly, operation, maintenance, and upgrade of technical equipment
Back-end AV Development and Maintenance
- Regularly assess the AV needs of the respective worship services and the church as a whole
- Identify, engage, enable, upskill, and nurture lay volunteers for the various AV roles in the different worship services
- Source, recommend, develop, evaluate, and implement tools, courses, materials, and technologies for lay volunteer AV teams
- Track, inventories, and maintain up to date the relevant licenses and maintenance regimes for all relevant AV hardware and software
- Implement and review AV strategies, structures, policies, workflows, standard operating procedures and documentation
- Ad-hoc support with production of media (visuals, videos, music)
Other Tasks and General Duties
- Effective communication and collaboration with congregation members, lay volunteers, vendors and other stakeholders
- Execute all programmes and activities with sound budgeting and financial management
- Execute all programmes and activities in compliance with church policies and guidelines
- Any other tasks as assigned by the pastors' office or the supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma, degree or postgraduate certification in the areas of worship, music, audio and visual production or other closely-related fields.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS:
At least 2 years of relevant experience and personal involvement in the areas of worship & music and/or AV production.
- Proven knowledge and ability in technical elements of Audio-Visual systems and workflows
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and drive collaboration between different stakeholder groups.
- Be an innovative team player who is self-motivated, pro-active and eager to learn.
- Willingness and ability to leverage new technologies, where appropriate.
