Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare quotations and provide sales support to ensure smooth order processing.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Communicate with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and related matters.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and records for sales transactions.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and support as assigned by management.
Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in administrative positions will have added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft application, SAP system will have added advantage
