Job Summary

We are a growing sub-contractor construction company in Singapore looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate building and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards, while managing workers, subcontractors, and site operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage daily construction activities and site operations
• Develop and monitor project scope, budget, and schedule
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site workers
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Enforce workplace health and safety regulations on-site
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost-saving measures
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent delays
• Provide progress updates and reports to management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience in construction projects
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in reading drawings and construction specifications
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety requirements
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Able to work at multiple sites across Singapore
