About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Personal Assistant in the insurance industry. This role requires discretion, efficiency, and strong communication skills. You will be a trusted right hand, helping manage day-to-day tasks, client communications, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients: answering calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings
  • Maintain and organize confidential financial records and client documentation
  • Assist with preparation of reports & presentations
  • Track deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently

Qualifications:
  • At least a full certificate in GCE "A" Level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
  • Experience in insurance industry is a plus
