Working closely with programme, mentoring & casework, and volunteer management teams, the Programme Manager ensures that engagement strategies are responsive to needs, collaborative in approach, and impactful in outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, volunteers, partners, and community organisations.

• Collaborate with partners for joint initiatives, sponsorships, and shared resources.

• Support volunteers and partners to ensure quality programme delivery.

• Work with colleagues to document impact stories, prepare publicity materials, and advocate for community strengths, youth potential, and second chances.

• Track outreach metrics, programme participation, and participant progress, and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure programmes are inclusive, relevant, and responsive to evolving community needs.

Core Competencies

• Strong engagement skills with various age groups.

• Comfortable with public speaking, storytelling and advocacy work.

• Experience in volunteer management and event coordination.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends in line with programme needs.
