We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety compliance, assisting in project coordination, and supporting project claim documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safety measures are integrated into daily operations.
• Visit and monitor sites during excavation and cable laying works, including night shifts when required.
• Assist in project coordination, including scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Support the preparation and submission of project claim works.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and incident documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum WSQ Workplace Safety and Health certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in construction or engineering safety roles preferred.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle license for site visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of project coordination and claim processes will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work occasional night shifts for site inspections.
• Able to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to work overtime (OT) when required.
