Job Description

• Oversee end-to-end logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring processes meet client needs, company objectives, and compliance standards.
• Lead and develop warehouse and customer support teams, fostering strong coordination with clients and cross-functional partners.
• Track KPIs, drive cost efficiencies, implement suitable initiatives, and leverage technology to boost productivity.
• Manage P&L for operations, control costs, grow revenue from existing accounts, and successfully onboard new customers.

The Successful Applicant

• Holds a degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related area, with hands-on experience using warehouse management systems and related tools.
• Over five years managing logistics functions in a 3PL or contract logistics setting, combined with strong people leadership capabilities.
• Adept at overseeing end-to-end operations while driving cost efficiency, tracking financial performance, and preparing reports.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on solving challenges, improving processes, and delivering measurable results.
