Our client are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee records and compliance. You will also play a key role in supporting various HR initiatives and collaborating with different departments to meet staffing needs.

• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Liaise with authorities and agencies to organize and attend recruitment events such as walk-ins, roadshows, and career fairs.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and issuances (EP, SP, and WP).
• Partner with department heads, especially Operations Management, to understand hiring needs and source suitable candidates.
• Maintain and update employee personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support compliance with the Employment Act and assist in employee welfare reviews.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
• Prior work experience in recruitment functions from fast pace multi-stores retail or FMCG sectors preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Good computing skills including proficiency in Excel
• Ability to multitask, organized, meticulous and resourceful
• Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act / Industrial Relations Acts
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• A team player, highly self-motivated and energetic.
