The Role:

Job Scope/Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to the sales team
  • Provide customer service and coordination support to customers
  • Handle Phone calls & customer queries
  • Customer support, delivery co-ordination; Invoicing, DO, PO..etc
  • General administrative duties.
  • Other duties as and when assigned


Requirements
  • min. 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Cheerful, positive,initiative and good team player.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office
