Job responsibilities
Job requirements
- Create and maintain master data items in QAD, ensuring accuracy and completeness on a regular basis
- Implement process enhancements to improve accuracy at data creation, such as mandatory fields, dropdown lists, and approval workflows
- Analyse all available data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, rather than waiting for issues to arise
- Develop and implement new data analysis methods or enhance existing models to capture potential improvement areas
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects requiring master data expertise, such as OneERP and Product Lifecycle Management
- Collaborate closely with master data team members to share knowledge, align processes, and support learning
- Work with CTI to improve data collection processes and partner with Finance on costing-related topics
- Document master data processes and maintain clear, up-to-date procedural guidelines
Job requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chian or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in master data management or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in QAD or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities from data
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
