Job Summary:
- As the Branch Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch while also providing expert beauty advice and personalized service to clients.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
A) Branch Management:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of beauty therapists, consultants, and other staffs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any client complaints or issues.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Maintain the branch's appearance and ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staffs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage the branch budget and financial performance.
B ) Beauty:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting and delivery effective treatments suited to their needs.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty products and trends.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
