Responsibilities
  • Handle fleet accounts: process endorsements, add or remove vehicles
  • Schedule renewal follow-ups with existing clients before policy expiry
  • Prepare new quotations and compile Excel listings for insurer quotations
  • Ensure proper documentation, records, and filing upon policy issuance
  • Attend to customers' and partners' insurance-related queries
  • Update and maintain accurate customer database

Requirements
  • Minimum ITE quaification
  • General Insurance (GI) Certification is an added advantage (can be obtained during on-the-job training)
  • Interest or experience in motor insurance or motor fleet operations is preferred
