Responsibilities
Requirements
- Handle fleet accounts: process endorsements, add or remove vehicles
- Schedule renewal follow-ups with existing clients before policy expiry
- Prepare new quotations and compile Excel listings for insurer quotations
- Ensure proper documentation, records, and filing upon policy issuance
- Attend to customers' and partners' insurance-related queries
- Update and maintain accurate customer database
Requirements
- Minimum ITE quaification
- General Insurance (GI) Certification is an added advantage (can be obtained during on-the-job training)
- Interest or experience in motor insurance or motor fleet operations is preferred
