The Services required are set out as follows:

- Set up AV equipment for all school functions/ activities, including contact time, staff meetings and morning assemblies

- Maintain all AV hardware and repair equipment

- Maintain and update AV hardware and software (e.g. video editing) inventory, including condemnation of equipment

- Maintain a weekly progress log of repairs and services

- Assist in the procurement of AV equipment, accessories and consumables

- Assist in photography and videography

- Supporting of Personal Learning Devices

- Conduct AV training for staff and students

- Conduct bi-monthly maintenance for standard classroom AV equipment

- Other ad-hoc duties required by the school
