Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building networks and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the construction, design, and property development sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, architects, and other stakeholders
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in interior design, construction, or related industries
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
