The Finance & HR Manager, reporting to the Chairwoman and the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, human resources, and compliance of the organization. This role encompasses a wide range of financial management duties, including bank reconciliations, fee computations, invoicing and payments, annual statutory audits, bank account and cashflow monitoring, and the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.

Financial Management
- Manage internal bookkeeping and full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL), such as month-end journal entries, collections, and disbursements, including payment of invoices, payroll, and staff claims
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the computation and processing of management and performance fees.
- Manage the annual statutory audit in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial reporting processes to align with regulatory requirements.
Tax Compliance
- Manage quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Collaborate with tax consultants on annual income tax submissions, including Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI).
- Prepare statutory and legal reports, including IR8A filings and CPF submissions.
Regulatory Reporting
- Work with the CEO and compliance officer on quarterly and annual returns for the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders on MAS annual surveys and ad-hoc requests.
VCC Setup and Maintenance
- Assist in the establishment of the Variable Capital Company (VCC) structure.
- Liaise with service providers, including fund administrators, banks, custodians, and tax consultants.
